Megan McMichael

Megan is the lead teacher of our 3’s class and the PreK 3 day class. She is also the Head Teacher at Faith Preschool. She has been teaching at Faith since 2018. She has been a member at QUMC since 2011 after her son attended Faith Preschool. She is involved in many different areas at the church including various children’s ministries. In 2024 Megan was honored by the Bucks County IU as a Caring Community Award Recipient. Megan holds a bachelors degree in Psychology and is certified by the state of PA in Early Education. She also holds a certification in Play Therapy. Megan lives in Quakertown with her husband, son and their 5 cats. She is a huge lover of Philly sports, Disney and the beach.

Diana Shabani

Diana is the assistant in the 3’s and PreK 3 day classes and also our Registrar. This is Diana’s 5th year at Faith Preschool, but she has been part of the family since 2019 when her youngest attended the 4’s class. Last year, Diana was honored by the Bucks County IU as a Caring Community Award Recipient. Diana is a volunteer for many Quakertown organizations, and she lives in Quakertown with her husband and two daughters.

Rachelle Sawadski

Rachelle is the Lead Teacher for our Pre-K program. She has a B.A. in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education from Millersville University and has been at Faith since 2018 as well as being active in children’s ministries at QUMC. Rachelle lives in Quakertown with her husband Pete and their two children. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, reading, and the beach.

Karlene Smith

Karlene is the assistant teacher in our PreK 4 day program. She earned her BS in Education from Delaware Valley College. She has worked with students of all ages and abilities and is an avid volunteer at her children’s schools. Karlene lives in Quakertown with her husband, Mark, and their two children. In her spare time, she enjoys playing on two softball teams (as well as coaching her daughter’s team), spending time with her family, and Disney!

Jessica Albright

Jessica is the Lead Teacher for our 2-Year-Old Program. She has education credits from West Chester University and a B.B.A. from Temple University. She has been at Faith since 2018 and in the past has been involved in multiple children’s ministries at QUMC. Jessica lives in Quakertown with her husband Keith and their youngest daughter who also attended Faith Preschool. Her older two children are both in college. She loves animals, reading, thrifting, OCNJ, and Disney.

Jen Reich

Jen is an Assistant Teacher for the 2’s room. She has a BS in Economics and a Masters in Elementary Education, both from the University of Pennsylvania. She has lived in Quakertown with her husband Steve since 2003. They have 3 children who all attended Faith Preschool. Jen keeps busy as President of the non-profit Pride of Quakertown which helps local youth through its scholarship program and was excited to have the chance to be back in a classroom with little ones a couple of days each week.

Amanda Coughlan

 Amanda is our Office Manager at Faith. She has three children. Her oldest is almost 15 and the other two are 10. They keep her busy but in their extra time they love to go camping, fishing and exploring as much as possible.

Faith Preschool Board

 The Faith Preschool Board includes nine church members, several of whom are certified teachers with extensive experience in early childhood education. The board includes a parent representative.
